Reflective practice groups

Facilitated reflective practice groups for teams, in healthcare and beyond, using the eight-stage Intersubjective Model set out in the Heads and Hearts model by Arabella Kurtz (2019). These groups create a safe, boundaried space where staff can think together about the emotional and relational dimensions of their work, supporting compassionate care and a positive team culture in settings where staff regularly hold distress, complexity and uncertainty on behalf of others.

Clinicians can also find reflective practice groups under Supervision & reflective practice on the For Clinicians page.
