Supervision, CPD& a clinical toolkit
Reflective, evidence-informed supervision for qualified practitioners and those in training — plus a growing library of assessment tools and worksheets, for clinicians, trainees, supervisees and clinic founders.
Supervision & reflective practice
Clinical supervision with a Clinical Psychologist. A space to think carefully about your work, the cases that stay with you, the patterns you're noticing, the parts of the job nobody quite prepares you for.
Having completed the NES Clinical Psychology Supervision Skills "Specialist" Module for New Supervisors, I bring a thoughtful, reflective and evidence-informed approach to supervision for qualified practitioners and trainees.
I also facilitate reflective practice groups for teams, in healthcare and beyond, using the eight-stage Intersubjective Model set out in the Heads and Hearts model by Arabella Kurtz (2019). These groups create a safe, boundaried space where staff can think together about the emotional and relational dimensions of their work, supporting compassionate care and a positive team culture in settings where staff regularly hold distress, complexity and uncertainty on behalf of others.
